How quickly will I get a reply?

Within one working day, and usually sooner. We are UK-based, so if you write in the evening the reply lands the next morning rather than overnight from another timezone.

Can I just email instead of using the form?

Yes. hello@publishing.co.uk reaches the same inbox. The form is there because it captures which book and which stage you are at, which saves a round of questions — but an email is perfectly fine.

I have already ordered and something is wrong. Where do I go?

Reply to your order confirmation email if you still have it, since that thread already has your file and order reference attached. If you do not have it, use the form and say which email address you ordered with.

Do you have a phone number?

Not a published one. Formatting questions almost always need the actual file looked at, so a written thread with the manuscript attached gets you a real answer faster than a call. If a call genuinely is the right thing, ask and we will arrange one.
